Remote monitoring, control & connectivity for sites that can’t be watched all the time.

Remote access, monitoring and control systems

Gray Logic designs and installs end-to-end systems that give you visibility and control over a property or operation — especially where a site is remote, unattended, or only visited occasionally.

This is not “just cameras”. We build complete, maintainable setups: CCTV, network connectivity, secure remote access, and (where appropriate) control and monitoring of equipment such as lighting, heating, pumps and sensors.

Typical systems we deliver

  • CCTV and surveillance
Fixed or temporary CCTV for rural sites, yards, events and high-risk areas, with reliable recording and sensible remote viewing.
  • Monitoring and control panels
Remote status/alerts and control for equipment such as pumps, lighting, heating, plant rooms and environmental sensors (application dependent).
  • Connectivity and secure remote access
Robust networking with VPN-based access so authorised users can view and manage systems safely from off-site.
  • Integrated control (where appropriate)
For larger projects we can use platforms such as KNX to integrate controls in a structured, scalable way.

Where this works well

  • Rural estates and farmland: security coverage, boundary monitoring, and environmental monitoring where required.
  • Unattended properties: second homes, vacant buildings, rentals, or sites with minimal on-site staff.
  • Industrial / utility-adjacent sites: monitoring and control of critical equipment in hard-to-reach locations (subject to scope and site requirements).
  • Events: temporary but robust CCTV and monitoring for festivals, gatherings and one-off sites.

How we work

  • Consultation: understand the site, risks, and what you actually need to see/control.
  • Design: a clear plan covering camera locations, networks, power, access, and alerting.
  • Installation & commissioning: tidy installation, secure configuration, and proper handover.
  • Support: maintenance options and sensible aftercare as the system evolves.

Who we work with

  • Property owners and landlords
  • Farms, estates and rural businesses
  • Small to mid-size commercial sites
  • Event organisers and site managers
  • Facilities/management teams responsible for multiple locations

Ongoing support options

  • Planned maintenance and health checks
  • Fault finding and repairs
  • Configuration updates and expansions
  • Alerts and monitoring features (where supported by the chosen platform)
